北京动动脑文化有限公司 (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) operates the BeeMatch influencer-marketing platform (the “Platform” or “BeeMatch”). The Platform connects Advertisers with social-media creators (“Influencers”) for content-based campaigns (“Campaigns”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you access or use the Platform. If you do not agree with this Policy, please do not use the Platform.
Naming Clarification. “BeeMatch” is the product and brand name of the Platform; the legal contracting entity and personal information processor/data controller is 北京动动脑文化有限公司.
1. Scope
This Policy applies only to data processing activities related to the Company’s BeeMatch Influencer Marketing Platform. It does not cover any cold-email tools, affiliate-marketing systems, or standalone AI agents.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
2.1 Information you provide directly
Account & profile: name, email, phone, organization, role/title, social-media handle(s), country/region, avatar, and authentication identifiers.
Campaign & collaboration data: Campaign briefs and requirements, target audiences, product details, budgets, timelines, and communications with the Company and/or Influencers.
Creative submissions & approvals: sample products to be shipped, draft content, feedback, approvals/declines, and posting confirmations.
Billing and payments: wallet recharges, Campaign freezes and settlements, transaction amounts, status, identifiers, refunds, and related transaction history.
2.2 Information collected automatically
Technical data: device type, operating system, browser, language, IP address, approximate geolocation, session identifiers, and system logs.
Operational usage data: feature actions recorded in business audit logs, response and error data, and service health or troubleshooting signals.
Campaign performance data: view counts, clicks, conversions, engagement metrics, posting URLs, and attribution signals from integrated analytics/short-link/UTM tools.
2.3 Information from third parties and integrations
Social-network integrations: public profile data and post-level analytics as authorized by you or by the Influencer, in accordance with platform policies.
Payment service providers: transaction amount, status, and identifiers returned by the provider (currently Alipay). BeeMatch does not receive or store your Alipay payment password.
3. How We Collect Information
Directly from you when you register, create Campaigns, collaborate, upload materials, or communicate with us.
Automatically through session cookies, request metadata, server logs, and the integrations you use with the Platform.
From integrations you enable (e.g., social-network APIs, link trackers, analytics), subject to their terms and your permissions.
4. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
Provide and operate the Platform, including matching Advertisers with Influencers, managing applications, pricing, contracting, posting, and reporting.
Recommend suitable Influencers, content ideas, and scheduling based on your Campaign inputs and historical performance (algorithmic/ML-assisted recommendations).
Measure and attribute Campaign performance, generate Campaign Reports, and support billing, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Secure and maintain the Platform, detect/prevent fraud or abuse, debug errors, and improve reliability and user experience.
Comply with laws and enforce our agreements, including investigating violations.
4.1 Clarification on AI/ML Use
We may use algorithmic or machine-learning models to score matches, predict outcomes, and personalize recommendations.
We do not intentionally use customer content (such as briefs, materials, chats, or analytics) to train generalized BeeMatch models for unrelated purposes. Third-party AI processing is subject to the provider’s terms and available data-control settings.
We limit information sent to AI services to what is reasonably necessary for the requested Platform function and apply additional safeguards where appropriate.
4.2 Marketing
We may send you service-related communications. Where required by law, we obtain your consent for direct marketing; you can opt out at any time via unsubscribe links or by contacting us.

Integrated platforms: social networks and analytics tools to the extent you or the Influencer authorize access for Campaign measurement and posting.

Authorities when required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
Safeguards. We require service providers to process personal information only for authorized purposes and to apply confidentiality, security, and data-protection measures appropriate to the service and applicable law.
We do not sell personal information.
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies primarily to:
Keep you signed in and maintain secure sessions (strictly necessary),
Remember language and other preferences (functional).
If we introduce non-essential analytics or advertising cookies, we will provide choices or obtain consent where required by law.

8. Data Security
Public access to the Platform is provided over HTTPS. We use access controls, salted scrypt password hashing, health checks, logging, and other safeguards appropriate to the nature and risk of the information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Retention
Retention periods depend on the data and purpose. We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, perform Campaigns, protect legal rights, and meet accounting, tax, security, and other legal obligations.
Account and profile data is generally retained while the Account remains active and thereafter only as necessary for the purposes above.
Campaign, payment, and collaboration records may be retained for contract performance, settlement, audit, tax, and dispute-resolution needs.
Technical and security logs are retained according to operational, security, and legal needs.
After the applicable period, we delete or irreversibly anonymize the data, unless law requires longer retention.
10. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or port your personal information, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at reply@aigrowflow.com. We may ask for information to verify your identity and request.
11. International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries or regions where we or our service providers operate. When personal information is transferred across borders, we follow applicable cross-border transfer requirements and use required contractual or other safeguards.

The Platform is intended for business users and creators who have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. We do not knowingly provide the Platform to children. If we learn that a child’s personal information was collected contrary to applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise handle it as required.
